Kathmandu – Nepal – (HRNW)– Nepal’s National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) used its 27 December platform to call on the government to prioritize the rights of senior citizens, urging implementation of protections guaranteed under the constitution and relevant laws.
The NHRC highlighted issues like healthcare access, social security, and protection from neglect or abuse, calling for stronger enforcement and public awareness.
