Karachi (HRNW) — A tragic accident near the Matric Board Office flyover left a woman dead after she fell from a motorcycle. Police officials say the incident was the result of drunk driving and overspeeding.
The deceased, 30-year-old Tuba, was riding the motorcycle with a friend when it collided with the flyover boundary and she fell, succumbing to her injuries at the scene.
The motorcycle rider, Junaid Bukhari, has been taken into custody. Police confirmed that both the deceased and the accused were residents of Orangi Town and were friends.
A case has been registered against Junaid by the deceased’s father, Irfan, including charges of murder and other serious offenses. Authorities stated that further investigation is underway to determine the full circumstances of the incident.
