ISLAMABAD (HRNW): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted two miscellaneous applications filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in connection with the Toshakhana II case. During the hearing presided over by Justice Khadim Hussain Somro, the court approved the requests to remove administrative objections previously raised against their main appeal.
The court further granted an extension of time to address and rectify these objections, ensuring that the legal challenges against their conviction remain active.
