Religious Harmony in Action: TMC Manghopir Selects 20 Christian Employees for Pilgrimage

Karachi (HRNW)- Under the patronage of Chairman Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir, Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi, a dignified, transparent and respectful ceremony was held for the draw regarding the pilgrimage to Muqaddas Maryam, Sheikhupura, for Christian employees. A large number of Christian employees of TMC Manghopir, along with office-bearers of the Pakistan Peoples Party Minority Wing, attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, the draw was conducted with complete transparency, impartiality and honesty, resulting in the selection of 20 fortunate Christian employees for the pilgrimage to Muqaddas Maryam, Sheikhupura. The draw, held in the presence of Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi, was conducted for the third consecutive year, representing a commendable initiative by TMC Manghopir in respect of the religious sentiments of Christian employees, promoting religious harmony and contributing to their welfare.

On the occasion, Chairman TMC Manghopir Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi extended his heartfelt congratulations to all 20 employees who were successful in the draw and said that Manghopir has always conveyed a message of brotherhood, religious harmony, tolerance and mutual respect. All our employees are equally respected by us without any discrimination, and every individual has the complete right to worship and fulfil their religious obligations according to their religious beliefs.

Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi said that organizing the draw for Christian employees for the pilgrimage to Muqaddas Maryam for the third consecutive year is a practical example of brotherhood, religious harmony and mutual respect. The administration of TMC Manghopir fully respects not only the welfare of its employees but also their religious sentiments and rights, and such positive and welfare-oriented initiatives will continue in the future as well.
