Moro – Pakistan (HRNW)-Police in District Malir in coordination with CPLC carried out a successful operation in Moro, District Naushahro Feroze, recovering a three-year-old child named Zain who had been abducted three days ago from Shah Latif Town.
During the operation, authorities arrested one suspect at the child’s home. The kidnappers had reportedly demanded a ransom of PKR 20 million. Police officials stated that the child had been abducted while playing near his home.
The recovery operation was led by ASP Malir City, SHO Malir City, and Inspector Adeel Shah, with support from AVCC and Naushahro Feroze police teams. Authorities confirmed that efforts are ongoing to apprehend the remaining accomplices.
Police are also investigating how the suspects transported the child over a distance of approximately 400 kilometers from Karachi. The case highlights the ongoing challenges of child safety and the coordination required between district police units to combat kidnapping incidents.
