Karachi (HRNW) — Illegal construction on the third floor of Plot 4C in Rizvia Society has resumed despite previous demolition orders by SBCA.
According to sources, last month, following strict orders from the DG SBCA, the Director Central and relevant officials carried out a demolition of the third floor at Plot 4C. However, the builder has restarted construction in defiance of these orders.
Local residents expressed concern over the builder’s audacity, saying that the builder mafia appears so powerful that it ignores directives from the DG SBCA, Director Central, DC Taha Saleem, and SSP Central.
Residents have condemned the authorities’ silence on illegal construction, calling it either collusion with the builder mafia or administrative negligence, and have demanded immediate and strict action from the DG Sindh Building Control Authority.
