Islamabad (HRNW)- After the approval of the President, Judge Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has been formally de-notified from his post. An official notification was also issued in this regard late last night.
According to sources, this decision regarding the services of Judge Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has been taken keeping in mind the relevant constitutional and legal requirements, while his responsibilities have come to an end immediately after the notification was issued.
The Ministry of Law and the relevant institutions are formulating a future course of action regarding further legal proceedings and judicial matters.
