According to details, the strangled bodies of a woman and a man were recovered from a house in Gulberg Rehmanabad Block 5 of Karachi.
Police said that the woman and the man were in a husband-wife relationship. The incident appears to be a murder and suicide, however, investigations are underway from various angles.
Rescue officials say that the victim has been identified as 30-year-old Yasmin while the man has been identified as 35-year-old Khuda Bakhsh. However, the bodies have been shifted to the hospital for formalities.
Police say that initial evidence suggests that the husband first killed his wife and later committed suicide, however, the facts will be clear after further investigation and postmortem report.
