Proceedings Begin at Federal Constitutional Court with Quranic Recitation

Islamabad (HRNW)- The Federal Constitutional Court officially commenced judicial proceedings with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The court has been established in Court Number 2 of Islamabad High Court, with a plaque installed outside to mark Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan’s bench.

A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear five cases, while Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar will continue to hear cases in Court Number 1.

The establishment of this court marks a significant development in Pakistan’s judicial system, aimed at streamlining constitutional case management.
