Honor Killing Tragedy: Bodies of Couple and Child Denied Burial in Balochistan, Laid to Rest in Karachi

Karachi (HRNW)- The bodies of a husband, wife and child who were killed in the name of honor were not allowed to be buried in Balochistan

Recently, the husband, wife and child who were killed in the name of honor at Ghagar Phatak were not allowed to be buried in Balochistan, so they were buried in Karachi.

According to the police, the bodies of the three were shifted to Lasbela district of Balochistan, but the bodies of the three were brought back to Karachi after the relatives did not allow them to be buried there.

The SHO of Steel Town police station said that after offering the funeral prayers of the deceased, they were buried in the local cemetery. The bodies were accompanied by the brother of the deceased Abdul Majeed and some women, while the residents of the area also participated in the funeral prayers.

Abdul Majeed, his wife Sakina and 5-year-old son Abdul Nabi were killed with axes in the name of honor in the past few days.

The brother of the deceased Abdul Majeed, Nowruz, said that the deceased brother and his wife had a marriage of choice. After the marriage, there was a disagreement between the two families, but after 2 years, reconciliation was achieved, but despite this, they were killed.
