Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Launches E-Summary System to Go Paperless; CM Gandapur Signs First Digital Summary

Peshawar (HRNW)- The provincial government has made significant progress towards making government affairs paperless. The summaries sent to the Chief Minister for approval have been shifted to e-summaries. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur signed the first official e-summary.

The first e-summary was received by the Chief Minister on Sunday through the online system. As soon as it was received, the Chief Minister digitally signed the summary. The launch of e-summary is a significant step towards making office affairs and file work paperless. In the next phase, a digital note part is also being launched.

Official letters, announcements and orders are also being digitized. Similarly, working papers for provincial cabinet meetings and other matters are being sent to e-summary. The system is being transferred – this step will not only save time but will also prevent waste of resources – the efficiency of government departments will improve and transparency in office affairs will be ensured –

This important step will eliminate delaying tactics in handling government affairs – the current provincial government is working to digitize the process of providing public services along with government affairs – concrete steps are being taken for this purpose under the digital governance roadmap – the current provincial government has already digitized many public services – we will make the province a digital Khyber Pakhtunkhwa according to Imran Khan’s vision –
