Islamabad (HRNW)- Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced to launch a nationwide protest movement against the government under his leadership.
This was announced by PTI Senator Ali Zafar while talking to the media after meeting Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
The PTI senator said that the center of the protest movement will not be Islamabad, a protest movement will be launched across the country.
Senator Ali Zafar said that the founder of PTI said that we have been put against the wall, we have no choice but to come to the streets, we will protest across the country, which I will lead from jail.
Imran Khan said that I will give all the instructions related to the protest movement from jail, the founder gave me the responsibility to make a plan for the protest movement, I will present the plan for the protest movement at the next meeting with the founder.
Senator Ali Zafar said that after consulting with lawyers and party leadership, the founder of PTI is very serious, the movement that will be launched now has never been launched before.
Imran Khan said that this time the movement has to be made fruitful by running it with full planning and preparation, there are obstacles in running the movement, but we also find ways, the strategy of the protest movement will be ready in a few days.
Senator Ali Zafar said that the founder of PTI will lead the movement as chairman from jail, after the next meeting, the founder of PTI himself will assign responsibilities.
The PTI senator said that Imran Khan said about the party leadership that he has confidence in him but he will lead the movement himself.
The founder said that we are not getting any relief from the judiciary and the executive, no option has been left for us, we cannot stick to the wall any longer.
Senator Ali Zafar said that responsibilities regarding the movement will be given to different people, but the lead will be given to the founder PTI. What the founder has announced now has to be implemented. He said that but we hope that we will get relief.
