Karachi (HRNW)- In the Shershah area, a heavy trawler lost control of the driver and broken the protective wall of the Paracha Bridge and hung from the bridge, however, fortunately no one was injured.
According to the details, the trawler was heading towards Baldia Town when the driver suddenly lost control. The heavily loaded vehicle first hit the footpath and then broke the protective wall and hung from the edge of the bridge.
As a result of the accident, traffic flow on the Paracha Bridge was severely affected, while traffic is also being operated on the single track on the road below.
As soon as the incident was reported, traffic police and rescue teams reached the spot and traffic was diverted to alternative routes. According to officials, steps are underway to remove the heavy trawler from the bridge.
Police say that the driver is safe and the reasons for the accident are being determined.
