Islamabad (IHRNW)- Senator Faisal Vawda has revealed that the government is not only working on the 27th Constitutional Amendment but also preparations for the 28th Amendment are underway.
He said that all political parties will be taken into confidence regarding the 27th Amendment. Vawda appreciated the improved relations between the PPP and the PML-N and said that the sacrifices of Bilawal Bhutto and his family for democracy should be recognized.
The senator stressed that the steps taken based on the need of the Constitutional Court are being taken forward and all decisions are being taken by consensus. He clarified that if there is a need for a discussion on the 27th Amendment, that too will be possible.
