Islamabad (HRNW) – A six-member larger bench of the Federal Shariat Court, headed by Chief Justice Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, is scheduled to hear the intra-court appeal filed by five Islamabad High Court judges on November 24 at 11:30 AM. The bench will also include Justices Hasan Rizvi, Baqar Najfi, K.K. Agha, Rozi Khan, and Arshad Hussain.
The appeal challenges the Supreme Court’s earlier decision regarding the transfer of judges in Islamabad.
