Karachi (HRNW)- The School Education Department Sindh has issued a formal notification deciding to implement a uniform syllabus and paper pattern in five important subjects for students of grades 9 and 10 across the province.
According to the notification issued, the Directorate of Curriculum, Assessment and Research (DCAR) has confirmed this decision, after which a single syllabus and a similar paper pattern will be implemented for five subjects English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics in all government and private schools and all examination boards in Sindh.
According to the education department, the aim of the uniform curriculum and examination procedure is to harmonize educational standards across the province and provide equal opportunities for students.
