Turkey Ready to Send Forces and Aid to Gaza, Says Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan

Ankara (HRNW)- Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has said that Turkey is ready to send forces to help rebuild and aid Gaza.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said during an interview in Davos at the World Economic Forum that Turkey is ready to play an active role in the future of Gaza, including deploying troops.

In an exclusive interview with The National, “On the Record with Hadley Gamble,” Hakan Fidan said that we are ready to make every effort to contribute to the Gaza peace plan.

He added that Turkey is now part of the peace board, we are now working on the Gaza executive committee and are also providing a lot of humanitarian aid, but as I said, this will be after discussions and consensus with some countries, and we will see what happens.
