Karachi (HRNW) — Another heartbreaking road tragedy struck the city as a speeding heavy truck claimed the lives of an entire family. The accident occurred on Native Jetty Bridge in the Jackson area, where a truck ran over a motorcycle-riding family, killing the husband, wife, and their young child on the spot.
According to details, the family was traveling towards Keamari when the truck approaching from behind lost control and hit them violently. Eyewitnesses described the collision as extremely severe, causing panic and shock among bystanders at the scene.
Upon receiving the report, police and rescue teams reached the site and shifted the bodies to the hospital for legal formalities. Police officials confirmed that the truck driver fled the scene, and a search operation has been launched to apprehend him.
