Dubai (HRNW)- On 6th January 2026, a heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded in Dubai as the funeral and burial of four young brothers took place at Al Qusais Cemetery. The children, originally from Kerala, were sons of Abdul Latif and Ruksana:
- Ishaz, 14 years
- Amar, 12 years
- Azam, 8 years
- Ayash, 5 years
All four were buried side by side, with hundreds attending the funeral prayers to offer condolences to the grieving family. The scene was deeply emotional: father Abdul Latif attended in a wheelchair, while mother Ruksana viewed her sons for the last time from an ambulance, leaving everyone in tears.
The family’s maid, Bushra (48–49 years), was flown back to Kerala for burial, which also took place today. The parents and their only surviving daughter, Azha (10 years old), remain hospitalized but are reported to be out of danger.
The family was returning to Dubai from the Liwa Festival when this devastating accident occurred on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai Highway, leaving the community in shock.
