Switzerland At Least 10 Dead in New Year’s Eve Bar Explosion at Crans-Montana Resort

Crans-Montana (HRNW)- At least 10 people were killed and more than 10 injured in a powerful explosion that occurred on New Year’s Eve at a bar in a luxury resort in the tourist destination of Crans-Montana.

According to foreign media reports, the explosion took place in the bar area of ​​the resort “Ski”, completely destroying the entire area. After the explosion, there was severe panic in the area, while rescue teams immediately reached the scene.

Swiss police initially refrained from revealing the exact number of deaths and injuries and also said that the cause of the explosion was not yet clear. However, later media reports confirmed that 10 people lost their lives in the incident, while 10 injured people were shifted to hospital.

Police and investigative agencies have started collecting evidence from the wreckage of the bar, while investigations are underway to find out the nature of the explosion.
