Madrid (HRNW)- Spanish Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Irene Montero has reacted strongly after the recent US attacks on Venezuela, saying that the US has become a threat to the whole world and must be stopped now.
Irene Montero said that Trump is bombing Venezuela, and if it is not controlled, it will destroy everything. She has called on the Spanish government to end all relations and alliances with the US, starting with NATO.
She added that Spain is a peaceful country and should not be involved in any war. Montero declared her full support for Venezuela, saying that no more wars for oil will be accepted and that innocent countries must stop being harmed.
Her statements also caused a stir on social media, where she wrote: “The US is a threat to the world, it must be stopped!” and called for a withdrawal from NATO and the severance of relations with the US.
