Karachi (HRNW)– The Sindh High Court has requested a response from Dawood University regarding a petition challenging the ban on certain students from appearing in examinations.
During the hearing, no representative from the university appeared. The petitioner’s lawyer, Usman Farooq Advocate, stated that the students had been allowed to sit for the exams following a court order.

The petitioners, including Uzair, have already appeared in the examination. The court noted that a decision will be made after receiving the university’s response and later adjourned the hearing.
