Karachi (HRNW) — The Sindh High Court has rejected the bail application of Sarim Burney in a case involving child smuggling and document forgery.
The bail request was dismissed by a bench headed by Justice Tasneem Sultana.
Sarim Burney was arrested by the FIA at Karachi Airport two years ago.
Previously, his bail applications had also been rejected by both the Sindh High Court and the trial court.
