Sindh High Court Issues Notice Against Pirabad SHO Anees Sheikh Over Forgery and Threats

Karachi (HRNW) — The Sindh High Court has issued notices to Pirabad SHO Anees Sheikh and others following allegations of forgery and life-threatening actions. The court directed them to appear and submit their response by December 23.

According to lawyer Bushra Abbas, the SHO obtained goods worth over PKR 1.9 million from Zia-ur-Rehman and issued a fake pay order.

Lawyer Qambar Abbas added that the SHO has threatened to kill individuals during police encounters if demanded money is not paid and has also filed fake narcotics cases.

The petition requests the court to take action against SHO Anees Sheikh and ensure that the case is resolved with proper restitution rather than being dismissed.
