Karachi (HRNW) — Following the success of the e-challan system in traffic management, the Sindh Government has decided to implement a digital e-challan system in the Sindh Food Authority.
In this regard, Provincial Minister for Food, Makhdoom Mehbub Zaman, met with Ms. Faryal Talpur and provided a detailed briefing on the Authority’s digitalization plans.
The Provincial Minister stated that the online registration system, complaint management system, and digital challaning system will be introduced to provide citizens with more efficient, transparent, and modern services.
During the meeting, the Provincial Minister also updated Ms. Talpur on recent actions taken against substandard food, highlighting the Sindh Food Authority’s efforts to protect public health.
Additionally, he provided a comprehensive briefing on the Weight Stock Policy to ensure better regulation and monitoring within the department.
