Karachi (HRNW)- Senior leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Sharjeel Inam Memon, has said that history cannot be changed by statements that contradict facts, hateful statements and cheap slogans on social media.
Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the PPP has never been oblivious to the problems of Karachi and is not today. Basic problems like water, sewage, roads and infrastructure are the result of decades of negligence of the previous so-called city governments.
He said that the Pakistan Peoples Party is the only party that is healing the wounds of the people through practical steps. K-4, solid waste management, bus services and major development projects are proof of the continuous efforts of the government.
Sharjeel Inam Memon further said that the Sindh government has always believed in fair distribution of resources and Karachi’s money is being invested in Karachi. Government hospitals of Sindh are not only providing modern facilities but are also becoming an example for other provinces.
He said that the PPP has always prioritized the strength of the federation, provincial autonomy and public welfare, and the conscious people of Sindh know very well who is serving them and who is merely hiding their failures through rhetorical politics.
