Karachi (HRNW) — The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has directed all wedding halls in Karachi to submit their legal and regulatory documents within three days.
DG SBCA, Mazmal Halipotu, warned that halls failing to comply with the commercialization challan submission could face sealing or demolition. Authorities have stated that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has already requested detailed records of all wedding halls, and operations against illegal or non-compliant venues will commence immediately after the deadline.

The move is part of SBCA’s ongoing efforts to regulate commercial establishments and ensure adherence to building and safety laws in Karachi.
