Karachi (HRNW)– Following the recent order of the IG Sindh, the use of Safe City Project cameras has been started against those displaying weapons in the city. According to DG Safe City Project Asif Ijaz Sheikh, the first case has been registered on the charge of displaying weapons with the help of cameras.

According to DG Safe City, a security guard of a private company was clearly displaying modern weapons near Shaheen Complex. The vehicle was traced through the cameras and the guard concerned was arrested.
A case has been registered against the arrested guard at Aram Bagh Police Station.
It should be noted that two days ago, IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon had issued a written order, in which it was directed that those displaying weapons should be monitored through Safe City cameras and action should be taken against them.
