Moscow (HRNW)– Russia has officially terminated three long-standing military cooperation agreements with Canada, France, and Portugal.
According to foreign media, a decree signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and published on the government’s official website confirms the cancellation of the following agreements:

Military visits agreement between the Soviet Union and Canada (signed November 20, 1989 in Moscow)
Defense cooperation agreement between Russia and France (signed February 4, 1994 in Moscow)
Military cooperation agreement between Russia and Portugal (signed August 4, 2000 in Moscow)
The decree clearly states that all these agreements now stand terminated.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has been directed to officially notify Canada, France, and Portugal of the decision.
