Novgorod (HRNW)- Russia has released a video claiming an alleged Ukrainian drone attack on President Vladimir Putin’s residence in Novgorod. The footage, shared by the Russian Defense Ministry, shows a damaged drone lying in a snow-covered forest. Officials said the attack was carried out in stages and specifically targeted the president’s residence.
According to Russian authorities, President Putin’s residence was not damaged, and all drones were intercepted by Russian air defense systems. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov alleged that Ukraine fired 91 long-range drones between December 28 and 29, calling it state terrorism and vowing a response. Ukraine has strongly denied these allegations.
