Rawalpindi (HRNW)- A show-cause notice has been issued to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail for failing to submit a response to the court regarding the request for a medical examination of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi by their personal doctors.
According to HRNW News, the court took serious notice of the non-compliance and directed the Superintendent of Adiala Jail to appear before the court tomorrow and submit a written reply along with an explanation regarding the delay.
It is noteworthy that the court had earlier sought a response on the application filed for the medical examination of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, but the jail superintendent neither appeared in court nor submitted any response.
The request for the medical examination was filed through lawyers on behalf of personal doctors Dr. Yousuf, Dr. Khurram and Dr. Samina Niazi.
