Lahore (HRNW)– The Punjab government has formally legalized the Suthra Punjab program by establishing the Clean Punjab Authority. The authority will manage sanitation and cleanliness efforts across the province and develop its own operational mechanisms.
The authority will also oversee waste-to-energy initiatives and monitor overall cleanliness operations. The Punjab Law Department has issued an ordinance to officially create the Clean Punjab Authority.
