Lahore (HRNW)- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced a complete audit of all fire safety systems across the province. She directed that new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) be prepared and the fire safety system be strengthened.
According to the announcement, a complete inspection will be conducted in government offices, hospitals, schools and private institutions where there is a risk of short circuit or fire so that fire accidents can be prevented in time.
The Punjab Chief Minister termed this step as essential for the safety of citizens and the protection of human lives.
