Islamabad, Pakistan (HRNW)-The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will visit Pakistan on December 26 at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to the Foreign Office spokesperson.

This will be Sheikh Mohammed’s first visit to Pakistan as President of the UAE. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including ministers and senior officials. During the visit, he will meet Prime Minister Sharif to review all aspects of bilateral relations and discuss regional and international matters of mutual interest.
The visit is being described as a key opportunity to further strengthen the longstanding fraternal ties between Pakistan and the UAE. According to the Foreign Office, the visit reflects both countries’ commitment to deepening cooperation in trade, investment, energy, development, and regional stability.
Preparations for the grand welcome of the UAE President are underway, and the federal capital Islamabad has been declared a public holiday on December 26 in anticipation of his arrival.
