Poultry Farm Manager Arrested in Rs. 10 Million Robbery Case Against His Own Employer in Karachi

Karachi (HRNW) — In a major operation, Malir Shah Latif Police arrested the manager of a poultry farm who played a central role in a Rs. 10 million robbery against his own employer. Acting on the manager’s information, police also took three additional suspects into custody.

According to SSP Malir Abdul Khaliq Pirzada, one of the arrested suspects is the son of a former police officer. The individuals involved in the robbery have been identified as Sajid, Hassan, and Abdul Latif. Police recovered Rs. 5.4 million in cash, two pistols, and five mobile phones from the suspects.

SSP Pirzada added that an additional Rs. 3 million was recovered from a house located in Malir Jail Staff Colony.

The main suspect, Abdul Manan, was employed as the manager at the poultry farm. Police said that after taking up the position, Abdul Manan formed a gang and orchestrated the planned robbery against his employer.

Further investigation is underway, and police expect more significant revelations in the coming days.
