PM Shehbaz Sharif Announces Defense Breakthroughs and National Development Projects

Islamabad, Pakistan (HRNW)- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced a significant surge in the global demand for Pakistani fighter jets following recent regional operations. During an official address, he revealed that several countries are currently in negotiations with Pakistan to acquire these advanced aerial platforms. The PM also paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces for the successful launch of the Taimur Weapon System, stating that this achievement not only bolsters national defense but also provides a vital boost to the economy through defense exports.

In addition to military advancements, the Prime Minister highlighted key infrastructure and social welfare projects. He confirmed that work on the Karachi-Chaman Highway is being accelerated, with a goal to complete it within two years. For the agricultural sector, he announced a 75 billion PKR relief package for farmers in Balochistan, focusing on solar-powered irrigation. Education also remains a priority, with the establishment of seven Daanish Schools this year, along with the distribution of scholarships and 100,000 laptops to students.

Reiterating the state’s resolve against militancy, the Prime Minister vowed that Pakistan will successfully eliminate the scourge of terrorism once and for all through continued military operations and national unity.
