Karachi (HRNW)- A petition has been filed in the Sessions Court seeking the registration of a case against popular YouTuber Rajab Butt and other individuals.
The petition was submitted by citizen Ali Ahmed through his lawyer Mian Muneeb Tariq, stating that a video circulating on social media shows the accused planning the abduction of YouTuber Ducky Bhai.
According to the petition, Haider Ali, Mann Dogar, and Rajab Butt ambushed the victim in Rajab Butt’s vehicle. It further stated that the accused forcibly abducted Ducky Bhai’s brother, Muneeb, placed a black cloth over his face, and confined him in the vehicle, while Haider Ali recorded the entire incident on video.
The petitioner said that this act not only violates public morality but also poses a serious threat to public safety and order. He requested the court to take notice of the incident and order the registration of a case against the accused.
The Additional Sessions Judge issued notices on the petition, summoned the parties, and adjourned the hearing until 30 January.
