Pakistan Declares Public Holiday on Occasion of Shab-e-Miraj

Islamabad (HRNW)- The Government of Pakistan has declared a public holiday on the occasion of Shab-e-Miraj. As per the government’s decision, Saturday, January 17 and Sunday, January 18, 2026 will be holidays, however, Sunday’s holiday will be considered as an alternative holiday.

As per the normal schedule, work in all government and private institutions will resume from Monday, January 19, 2026.
