Karachi (HRNW)– The Water Corporation has officially commenced the replacement of the old 60-inch dia valve in the BRT Corridor with a modern pipeline. The repair work is being carried out near the Peoples Secretariat to replace the outdated valve with a new pipeline.
The maintenance work began on Saturday morning and, according to officials, is expected to be completed within 48 hours. Chief Engineer WTM Syed Muhammad Ejaz and SE WTM Tanveer Sheikh are supervising the operation.
During the repair work, water supply will be temporarily suspended in areas including Saddar Town, Jamshed Road, PIB, and Lines Area.
