New Karachi Town Officials Visit Churches, Extend Festive Greetings to Christian Community

Karachi (HRNW)- Municipal Commissioner New Karachi Town Munawar Hussain Mallah, accompanied by Vice Chairman Shoaib Bin Zaheer, visited various churches in New Karachi Town, where he met the Christian community and congratulated them on the religious festival. Town officers, local government staff and dignitaries of the area were also present during the visit.

Municipal Commissioner Munawar Hussain Mallah said on the occasion that Pakistan is a common homeland of all citizens where minorities are an important and proud part of our social fabric. He said that on the occasion of the religious festival of the Christian community, provision of local government facilities has been ensured, including special cleaning, maintenance of street lights, cleaning of roads and solutions to water and sewage problems.

Vice Chairman Shoaib Bin Zaheer said that promoting religious harmony, brotherhood and mutual respect is the top priority in New Karachi Town. He said that local government institutions believe in serving the followers of all religions without discrimination.

At the end of the visit, the Municipal Commissioner and Vice Chairman expressed their best wishes for the Christian community and said that the administration is fully active in promoting cleanliness, peace, and religious harmony in New Karachi Town.
