Karachi (HRNW)– The staff of the Estate and Enforcement Department of the Karachi Development Authority carried out an operation against illegal constructions on Commercial Plot No. SA 1 ST 1/1, Sector 48-B, Korangi, under the supervision of Director Estate and Enforcement KDA Muhammad Meraj. During the operation, resistance was also faced from miscreants, but the action continued without interruption.
Director General Karachi Development Authority, Asif Jan Siddiqui, reaffirmed his commitment, stating that operations against land grabbers and the encroachment mafia will continue with full force. He made it clear that illegal occupation or construction on KDA-owned land will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

DG KDA added that demolition operations will persist to completely clear Korangi and other parts of the city from encroachments. He further said that through comprehensive planning and strong cooperation from law enforcement agencies, the ongoing operations will be taken to their logical conclusion.
According to the Estate and Enforcement Department, a few mischievous individuals cannot lower the morale of the agency. The Karachi Development Authority has successfully been conducting anti-encroachment operations across the city for several years. Encroachments on sports grounds and recreational parks in various areas have been removed and restored for public use, while thousands of acres have been reclaimed and placed under a permanent monitoring system.
The Karachi Development Authority says the mission to keep the city free of encroachments will continue with the cooperation of citizens and support from state institutions.
