Karachi (HRNW)- The inauguration ceremony of the Thalassemia Awareness and Blood Donation Mobile Unit was held under the auspices of Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Center (Trust), in which Federal Minister for Health Syed Mustafa Kamal attended as the chief guest.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, the Federal Minister for Health said that this initiative is very important and purposeful, which aims to create awareness among the public, promote voluntary blood donation and save precious lives.
He added that this mobile unit will reach out to different communities to raise awareness about thalassemia and play an effective role in providing life-saving blood to needy patients.
This initiative is part of the efforts to improve the lives of thalassemia patients in the country and promote voluntary services in the health sector.
