Karachi (HRNW) – Police have solved the brutal murder case of a mother and her three children in the Mai Kolachi area of Karachi. The arrested suspect, Masroor Hussain, has confessed to the crime during interrogation.
According to SSP Amjad Shaikh, the suspect admitted his involvement in the murder of the woman and her three children during the initial investigation. Police officials said the suspect claimed that the victim, Aneela, used to perform spiritual rituals (amulets), which had caused him severe mental distress and anxiety.
During interrogation, Masroor Hussain revealed that due to this mental pressure, he killed Aneela and her three young children. Police stated that further evidence is being collected in light of the suspect’s confession, and other aspects of the investigation are also being examined.
Officials added that after the completion of the investigation, further legal action will be taken. A case has been registered under murder charges, and efforts are underway to ensure the suspect faces justice according to the law.
