Karachi Court Acquits Five Accused in Pre-Wedding Murder Case Following Family Settlement

Karachi (HRNW)– In a tragic case involving the murder of a young man a day before his wedding, a settlement was reached between the families, and the court acquitted all five accused.

According to reports, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi approved the settlement agreement presented by the family of the deceased, Osama, and the accused: Talha, Raheel, Ibad, Irfan, and Muzammil. The prosecution stated that Osama had a prior dispute with the accused, and he was allegedly taken from his house by Talha and shot near Korangi Darul Uloom with the assistance of the other accused.

After the court accepted the settlement with the consent of all parties, the five accused were formally acquitted, concluding the case registered at the Awami Colony police station.
