Tehran (HRNW)- Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has strongly criticized US President Donald Trump, saying that history is witness that the fate of powerful rulers addicted to power has always been disastrous, and Trump’s fate will not be any different.
In his statement on social media, Ayatollah Khamenei said that a person drowning in arrogance is claiming to make decisions for the whole world today, although he should understand how history treated the most powerful rulers at the height of power.
Iran’s Supreme Leader said that powerful rulers like Pharaoh, Nimrod and Reza Shah also considered themselves invincible, but time has proven that the end of cruelty, arrogance and oppression always comes in the form of destruction. He clearly said that the end that befell these rulers will also be the same for Trump.
Ayatollah Khamenei’s statement is being considered important in the context of increasing tension in global politics, which is likely to elicit different reactions at the international level.
