Delhi (HRNW) – The opposition party Congress organized a massive ‘Vot Chor, Gaddi Chher’ rally in Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, protesting alleged election rigging by the Modi government. The rally saw participation from senior leaders, MPs, and party workers from across India.
Addressing the rally, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said that the real battle in India is between truth and power. He accused the government of staying in power through vote theft, distributing money in elections, and manipulating voter lists. Rahul Gandhi also alleged a nexus between the Modi government and the Election Commission, emphasizing the need for transparency in the electoral process and the protection of democratic institutions.
The opposition continues similar protests in states like Bihar and Telangana, highlighting concerns over electoral integrity.
