He stated that the issue remained unresolved even after contacting the <strong>regional office<\/strong>, and despite serving a <strong>legal notice<\/strong>, the company <strong>failed to respond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Talha Korai informed the court that the <strong>failure to activate the package<\/strong> caused him to <strong>lose clients and professional fees<\/strong>, adding that the <strong>security of the company\u2019s app and digital accounts<\/strong> was questionable.
