The <strong>Sindh government has issued an official notification<\/strong> in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Home Minister, <strong>Sindh High Court Justice Agha Faisal<\/strong> has been appointed as the <strong>head of the Inquiry Commission<\/strong>. The commission will conduct a detailed examination of the <strong>building\u2019s construction approvals<\/strong>, <strong>legal status of the lease<\/strong>, and <strong>violations of the approved building plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The commission will also review <strong>obstructions in emergency exit routes<\/strong>, <strong>firefighting arrangements<\/strong>, and any <strong>negligence in fire safety audits<\/strong>. In addition, it will investigate the <strong>causes of the fire<\/strong>, the circumstances during the incident, and assess the <strong>speed and effectiveness of the rescue operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Sindh Home Minister has directed that responsibility be fixed during the inquiry and that <strong>strict action be recommended against negligent government officials and the building management<\/strong>.
