UAE : HRNW<\/a> – <\/strong>Football fans worldwide can now cast their votes for the nominees of the upcoming Globe Soccer Awards, scheduled for December 28, 2025, at Atlantis The Royal on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.<\/p>\n

The 16th edition of the globally recognised awards ceremony will include nearly 15 categories, with nine of them open to public voting until November 27<\/strong> to determine the finalists.<\/p>\n

A second voting phase will run from December 3 to 11<\/strong>, allowing fans to help decide the winners. Final results will be based on a combined scoring system involving public votes and the Globe Soccer Jury\u2014featuring iconic figures such as Marcello Lippi, Francesco Totti, Iker Casillas, and Luis Figo.<\/p>\n

After winning multiple trophies in the 2024\u20132025 season\u2014including the UEFA Champions League, Super Cup, Ligue 1, and Coupe de France\u2014Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) lead the nominations and are aiming to cap off their exceptional year with more honors.<\/p>\n

PSG are in contention for Best Men\u2019s Club<\/strong>, while Luis Enrique and Lu\u00eds Campos are shortlisted for Best Coach<\/strong> and Best Sporting Director<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A total of eight players<\/strong> from PSG\u2019s Champions League-winning squad have secured places in the Best Men’s Player<\/strong> category. These include Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9, D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Dou\u00e9, Achraf Hakimi, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Nuno Mendes, Fabi\u00e1n Ruiz, Vitinha, and Gianluigi Donnarumma (now with Manchester City).
Several of these stars are also nominated in specialist categories, such as Best Midfielder, Best Forward, and Emerging Player.<\/p>\n

They are joined by several global football names on the 25-player Best Men\u2019s Player list, including last year\u2019s winner Vin\u00edcius J\u00fanior and his Real Madrid teammate Kylian Mbapp\u00e9, Barcelona sensation Lamine Yamal, Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane, and Liverpool\u2019s Mohamed Salah.<\/p>\n

In the women\u2019s category, Barcelona and Spain star Aitana Bonmat\u00ed will attempt to win the Best Women\u2019s Player<\/strong> award for the third year in a row. She appears on the 25-player shortlist alongside Barcelona teammates Patri Guijarro, Caroline Graham Hansen, Ewa Pajor, Claudia Pina, and Alexia Putellas. Five members of England\u2019s UEFA Women\u2019s Euro 2025-winning squad are also included.<\/p>\n

Arsenal Women, the current UEFA Women\u2019s Champions League holders, are among seven clubs battling for Best Women\u2019s Club<\/strong>, alongside Bayern Frauen, Chelsea Women, Barcelona Femen\u00ed, Juventus, OL Lyon, and Orlando Pride.<\/p>\n

The Best Men\u2019s Club<\/strong> award will feature a competitive lineup, with PSG facing challengers such as Al-Ahli, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Flamengo, Inter Milan, Liverpool, Napoli, and Pyramids FC.<\/p>\n

Luis Enrique is also in the running for Best Coach<\/strong>, facing competition from Enzo Maresca (Chelsea), Arne Slot (Liverpool), Antonio Conte (Napoli), Vincent Kompany (Bayern Munich), Hansi Flick (Barcelona), Roberto Mart\u00ednez (Portugal), Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), and Eddie Howe (Newcastle United).<\/p>\n

In the Middle East categories, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo<\/strong>\u2014representing Portugal and Al-Nassr\u2014is nominated for Best Middle East Player<\/strong>. He will compete against Salem Al-Dawsari, Karim Benzema, Roberto Firmino, N\u2019Golo Kant\u00e9, Riyad Mahrez, and Ivan Toney.<\/p>\n
