Kabul (HNRW)<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 A major gathering of scholars, religious leaders, and political figures<\/strong> took place at Kabul University<\/strong>, with over 1,000 participants<\/strong>, to address the issue of military activities originating from Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the attendees released a joint declaration<\/strong> stating that engaging in military operations abroad is strictly prohibited<\/strong>. The scholars emphasized that no individual will be allowed to conduct armed activities outside Afghanistan<\/strong>, and anyone violating this directive will be considered a rebel.<\/p>\n

The declaration sent a clear message to the Afghan government<\/strong>: the country\u2019s territory must not be used against any other nation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
